Manufacturing Engineer
*Write process specifications and make recommendations regarding ergonomic improvements
*Write specifications for manufacturing equipment and make recommendations for equipment procurement
*Simulate continuous improvement process in plants (KAIZEN, DO IT) with the objective of MEQ
*Work with SD-Teams to complete product launches
*Monitor assembly equipment through production start-up
*Stimulate TPM in new projects
*Monitor and audit manufacturing best practices and standards in the plant
*Improvement strategies: Participate and/or lead activities for manufacturing footprint analysis, continuous improvement of new and/or ongoing manufacturing process and lean manufacturing implementation
*Standardize and implement manufacturing tool box
*Manufacture feasibility analysis (DFA/DFM) and PFMEA
Graduation and job experience:
Graduate from engineer school in technical field (electronics, mechanics, mechatronics or industrial engineering)
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
Skills:
*Customer orientation (internal and external)
*Sense of organization and planning
*Analytical and synthetically mind
*Ease of oral and written communication
*Autonomy and ease of adaptation
*Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a team
