Mission :
- Network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security
- Remote access solution support: VPN, Terminal Services
- Remote monitoring and management of system alerts and notifications
- Perform network assessments and security audits for all systems
- Participate in the administration and maintenance of the remote monitoring and management system: update agent scripts, respond to alerts, monitor dashboard, and periodic system review
- Document maintenance for all computer systems and network infrastructure
- Communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages

- Firewall: ForcePoint NGF, Fortinet
- Proxy & WAF: Forcepoint Websense Proxy, Fortinet, Ironport, F5, Barracuda
- Authentication: ACS, ISE, AD, PKI
- Voice Technologies (VoIP, SIP Trunking), Cisco Visio Conference system
- Switching/Wireless (Capacity Planning & VLAN's)
- Routing (Static, OSPF, RIPv2, BGP)
- WAN Technology (MPLS, SDWAN, VPN)
- Cisco Prime
- Cisco CCNA
- Network Cloud it's a plus
- Fluent French and English
