Paradigm Precision specializes in the manufacturing of complex fabrication and precision machined components for gas turbine engines. We serve customers around the world in commercial and military aviation, power generation, the marine industry, rotary wing and unmanned aerial vehicles.

The Paradigm shared services team is responsible for all information technology and computer science-related disciplines across all our facilities. Cyber security, systems compliance and customer service are a few core competencies of the information technology team. Synergizing of all Paradigm departments with information systems and security is a major component and obligation of Paradigm’s Information Technology team. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform installation of PC hardware and software.
• Perform onboarding and deboarding duties for end users
• Assist in network and hardware troubleshooting.
• Assist in performing preventative maintenance and upgrades on servers.
• Help to facilitate and participate in project related work.
• Perform hands on tasks determined by the information systems staff.
• Assist in updating user and technical documentation.
• Perform administrative tasks on Syteline enterprise resource planning system
• Embrace I.T. shared services approach of supporting the entire business when applicable.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Highly organized and detailed oriented.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team-based environment
• Independent worker
• Technically inclined in modern computer systems

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• Associates’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field required.
• 3+ years of experience working in Information Technology

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

• Written and verbal trilingual fluency in both English, French and Arabic 
• Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and follow work instruction especially regarding check lists.
• Adept in writing technical solutions and providing helpdesk ticket updates in English.
