AEC WIRING TECHNOLOGY: is looking for : A process Engineer
Main mission:
– To define, optimize and standardize common processes & specific processes flow in term of quality, cost and efficiency
To advocate continuous improvement of defined processes
– Sets up equipment and tooling (Assembling, testing, labels, parts programming, ….)
– Performs tools ordering (NRE & CAPEX) and validation (NRE)
– Manages subcontracting – Manufacturing and Design services
– Follows up First Article (FA)
– Ensures the capability measurements (R&R:Repeatability & Reliability, Cp:Capability Process)
– Performs new project report
– Participates to the statistical processes control (SPC) definition
– Performs standard FMEA – Failure Mode and Effects Analysis and defines control plan
– Performs processes improvement (Kaizen, Lean)
Identifies obsolete and unused equipment
