1.  Experience in supporting employees throughout the entire employee life cycle with all corresponding tasks

2.  Experience in payroll issues

3.  Knowledge of labour law and social security law

4.  Experience in recruiting topics and application management

o  Preferably with marketing affinity for Human Resources Marketing (Linkedin, etc.)

5.  very good English Skills

1)  Handling employees payrolls

2)  Recruiting:

a.  Applicant management

b.  Active sourcing

c.  Creating and placing job advertisements

d.  Human Resources marketing for social media

e.  University marketing: participating in university events and forging partnerships

f.  A person who has at least 2 years’ experience in the Recruiting field.

3)  Learning & Development:

a)  Organisation of training

b)  Familiarisation with the subsidy issue for company trainings

c)  Organisation of events for team building, etc.
