We are currently looking for a person for the position:

                                                                                      Tool Technician 

Place of work: Sousse- Tunisia

Main tasks:

1.  Responsible of stock management of tools and spare parts and their maintenance including repair

2.  Defines spare parts needs and ensure a proper monitoring of backup and stock

3.  Defines and implements predictive maintenance for spare part and tools

4.  Record all relevant data in relation to tooling and spare parts

5.  Understand and operate within basic cost/budget measures for tooling and spare parts

6.  Work within 5S methodology to maintain workplace to a high standard

7.  Comply with the Health, Safety and Environmental Policies

8.  Proactively contributes to the production team and other department

Our expectations:

  1.  High school diploma, Technician in maintenance, mechanical education

  2.  At least 3 years’ experience in similar position

  3.  Able to read and understand technical instructions, drawings and schematics in mechanical and electricity

  4.  Understanding manufacturing processes and able to create technical work instructions

  5.  Good communication and interpersonal skills, team work oriented

  6.  Good understanding of customer deliverables and the impact of failure / cost of poor quality

  7.  Adaptable and flexible with a positive, responsible attitude

  8.  Good physical conditions and good vision abilities are required

  9.  Computer Knowledge: MS Office, GMAO,ERP…

  10.  Good English language skills
