The chosen resource will have the task of overseeing all the activities inherent to the recruiting process with specific focus on the selection of both junior and senior IT profiles.
He/she will be placed within the HR RGI Tunisian Team.
The chosen person will have to interface with all company bodies, will come into contact with a dynamic and young context and will have the opportunity to consolidate his/her professionalism in a company with strong ties to tradition and at the same time a strong drive towards innovation.
Areas of responsibility
Analyze personnel requirements and managing the recruiting budget
Managing the recruiting process (publication of advertisements, CV screening, individual interviews, assessment, test administration, economic negotiation)
Coordination of recruiting activities
Drafting the recruitment proposal to candidates
Activation of personnel search channels in all locations where the company is located
Manage RGI onboarding process of recruited people
Job Posting management
Managing relations with employment agencies and suppliers.
Preparation of selection reports for monthly company committee (company strength, flexibility, hiring request)
Work experience
Experience of at least 3 years in structured and modernly organised national or multinational HR departments and knowledge of the IT sector is required.
Required skills
Good use of the Office package and main IT tools
Passion for Human Resources Management issues
Good knowledge of the English and French language

Qualification
Master's degree in Economics, Languages, Law or Human Sciences.
