Human Resources Executive
Responsibilities as a Talent Acquisition Specialist:
– Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs.
– Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
– Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, as well as print media, posters, and flyers, when required.
– Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality and salary requirement-Compiling interview questions and conducting in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates.
– Preparing hiring forecasts as part of the company’s strategic planning.
– Documenting processes and fostering good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.
– Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field.
– Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately
As an HR Training Specialist :
Identify training and development needs of all the departments within the company
Work with department managers to develop training programs and ensure they deliver results
Organize training materials and oversee training programs
Ensure that the planned training programs stay within budget
Track and assess the progress of trainees and provide reports to the senior management
Research the latest HR technologies and training software
Answer employee questions and inquiries related to training and development programs and resolve any training-related issues if they arise
You’ll enjoy and succeed in this role if you have….
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, or similar.
· 3-5 years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist, or similar.
· Ability to liaise with internal departments and develop hiring strategies and profiles.
· Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants.
· Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates.
· Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates.
· Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Power Point
· Have a good French, English and Arabic
