The University of Tunis Carthage is searching for an exceptional 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 to join our prestigious institution.
Our successful candidate will be responsible for 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲 in collaboration with our partners.
This individual will also 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠/𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦 and assess any communication risks or needs that arise.
𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
● Design, develop and implement a communications strategy for the university in collaboration with relevant partners;
● Conduct communication needs and risks assessments for the university;
● Recruit, supervise, and evaluate a marketing/communications team.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
● Master's degree in marketing, digital marketing, media and digital, or other similar specialties;
● Have at least 04 years of experience in a similar position;
● Master the creation of digital content and the management of social networks;
● Master digital marketing tools (WordPress, Web referencing, SEO, etc.);
● Have good interpersonal skills and an ability to manage contingencies;
● Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
● Be methodical, rigorous, and well-organized;
