Calzedonia Group is a fashion company specializing in the underwear, beachwear and hosiery markets. For over thirty years, the Group has achieved constant and solid growth in terms of turnover and expansion, creating successful brands and products and establishing itself internationally in fashion retail.
The life cycle of the product, from conception to production in its own factories, up to worldwide distribution, takes place within the Group.
Today the collections are offered exclusively in single-brand stores (over 5.000) under the Calzedonia, Intimissimi, Tezenis, Falconeri, Intimissimi Uomo, Atelier Emè brands, direct or franchised, present throughout the world (55 countries).
For our new production plants in Tunisia (Sahline area), we are seeking a highly motivated HR Manager.
The main responsibilities of this role are:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards;
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, for both white-collar and blue-collar workers;
- Develop and implement training and development programs for employees;
- Oversee and manage the annual employee development review process and support the management in all the career development activities;
- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions;
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure cost control of human resources;
- Keep in contact with the Calzedonia Group HR Department and implementation of the Group’s policies and guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a textile manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of Tunisian labor laws and regulations
- Strong knowledge of recruiting tools and methods, social/digital recruiting, connection with local employment offices
- International teamwork experience or attitude is a must
- English or Italian language knowledge is needed
- A good knowledge of performance evaluation tools and methods is considered a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
