*Product Content Marketer
Operationnal Tasks :
Before Product Launch / features update :
-
Develop and implement a product roadmap for the full product range.
-
Interpret market research findings and apply what is deemed relevant to the development process.
-
Support other departments by giving insights that help aspects like product features, user experience, product naming and more.
-
Drive and produce products messaging: work closely with the product team to articulate product / feature value propositions for prospects, customers & internal stakeholders.
-
Support in the creation of product positioning, benefit arguments and sales arguments for the target segments. Training the sales teams on articulating the products’ benefits to prospects.

Create sales enablement assets in collaboration with internal teams by buying cycle.
-
Define the launch plan with necessary communication and advertising needs in collaboration with digital marketing.

Develop and ensure the communication flow with stakeholders, including sales and product development teams.
During Product Launch/ features update :
-
Implement the product’s go-to-market strategy by ensuring that messaging about the product is accurate and well presented.

Oversee the content creation process, and create product related materials
-
Support the Marketing & Communications team in developing content for customer engagement, prospects nurturing and customer journey.
-
Work closely with internal teams to ensure that execution plans for assets are focused on delivering product-based business targets for lead generation and sales.
After Product Launch / features update :
-
Study analytics relating to product campaigns.
-
Be accountable to major agreed metrics for product benchmarking and market impact
-
Oversee customers reaction and response to the product launch/update and prepare an action plan as necessary to any customer feedback.

Manage the maintenance and updates of templates for sales presentations and proposals, as well as other supporting materials.
-
Pursue, as necessary, additional growth campaigns and experiments in collaboration with the digital marketer.

Ensure the continuous communication of the product value to people outside the organization, such as potential buyers, clients, or investors.

Drive continuous improvement of processes with standard operating procedures and documentation.

Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers.
