Reporting directly to the Director of People & Culture, you will be responsible for recruiting,
You are an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing, French & English preferred.
Employee Relations: managing conflict, and being able to remain neutral and still have empathy.
Experience with financials, payroll and legal.
Knowledge of local laws and regulations and completing required paperwork.
Responsibilities
Preparation of payroll, bonus,pay-outs (related to termination) and all other payments (including purchase orders) so Finance Canada can execute efficiently.
Regular monthly accounting practices as requested by the Accounting team.
Participate in the hiring process based on The Company’s overall objectives in collaboration with Team Leads and Global Technical Support Manager.
Ensure the well-being of the Tunis team
Resolving work-related issues or complaints that may arise (in conjunction with the Team Leads and Director of People & Culture, where required).
Execute disciplinary actions when team members fail to meet their objectives after TL has communicated this to HR.
Oversee the budget (with the assistance of the Global Technical Support Manager/Finance Canada).and actions of the Social Committee
Higher education in HR finance or equivalent,
You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Excellent oral skills (English and French).
