Binit Nearshore Services (BinitNS) is a Consulting and Services company operating in the ITO and BPO areas. We advise our European Customers for their IT projects: From Business Process Digitalization to Infrastructure evolutions and Cloud migrations. Our expertise extends to the operational business processes, of the BPO.
We also help our clients set up their nearshore teams in Tunisia, as an extension to their European teams whether they create a local company when a critical size is possible or incubate those teams within BinitNS.
One of our clients is a global technology solutions provider delivering innovative products to the worldwide money management industry, to meet asset managers and service providers performance, reporting, analytics, risk, and data needs with services provided to over 400 clients in 39 countries, with locations across Europe, North America, South Africa, Australia, and Asia.
In this context, we are hiring an Implementation Consultant who will be working as part of BinitNS’ “incubated” team dedicated to this client.

Main Objectives
· Participate in the onboarding of new clients.
· Being responsible for the timing and quality of project delivery.
· Provide business analysis of the client’s request.
· Design and estimate the solution implementation for our client.
· Delivering internal best practices to the regulatory reporting unit.
Main Responsibilities
· Assist the project team in its utilization of the software platform and in its report and document production center.
· Be responsible for the quality and timing of project delivery.
· Ensure that the configuration of the software platform is following the best practices defined and improve it whenever required.
· Be able to liaise with other departments such as Client delivery, Product, and IT if needed.
· Test user interface and data migration
· Compile a list of tests performed before delivery.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Management, Finance, or IT Engineering with high interest and motivation in the Asset Management or Insurance industry
- Two to three years of experience in the Asset Management or Insurance industry or in the RegTech / FinTech space
Essential Skills/Soft Skills
· Hardworking and having a hands-on mindset.
· Detail-oriented and have problem-solving skills.
· Good data analytical skills and good summarizing skills
· Agile and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
· Familiar with digital tools and have an appetite for tech and software topics.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed.
· Knowledge of the financial sector and financial regulation is a great plus.
Starting date: As soon as possible.
