Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the HR team to understand recruitment needs.
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various platforms and channels.
- Support the screening and initial evaluation of candidates.
- Aid in scheduling interviews and coordinating recruitment processes.
- Contribute to the development of job descriptions and job postings.
- Assist in maintaining candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Participate in other HR-related projects and tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite or relevant software.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of HR and recruitment.
