As we strive for excellence and innovation, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to contribute to our dynamic team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- Technical diploma or relevant certification in maintenance or a related field.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with electrical, mechanical, and automation systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues.
- Carry out preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment functionality.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Provide training and guidance to junior maintenance staff.
