Principal Responsibilities :

  • Support HR team for delivering HR based activities and cycle.
  • Support HR team in recruitment process :
    • Screening & shortlisting
    • Interview arrangements
    • References and background check
    • Developing recruitment reports
    • Filing
  • Support HR team for other assigned HR processes management (filing, archiving -electronic and hard, timesheet, insurance, performance management, contractors, trainings , internships …)

Handle day to day HR activities and employee services.

Exigences de l'emploi

Educational Qualifications & experience

  • Minimum Baccalaureate Diploma
  • Work experience in a similar position in multicultural organisation is preferred.

Specialist Knowledge/Languages / Skills :

  • Good Knowledge HR processes and procedures.
  • Good use of MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Skilled in both written and verbal communication in English, Arabic and French.
  • A team player, willing to work hard to build strong and productive relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrate the ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information.
  • Ability to analyse and interprete data.
  • Ability to prioritize and efficiently execute a high volume and broad scope of tasks within tight deadlines, competing demands and changes in the work environment
  • Ability to deal with frequent interruptions, changes, delays, or unexpected events
  • Strong sense of business ethics, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, to consult effectively and collaborate with others
