Join the international Sales Services team as a Customer Services Administrator, where precision meets purpose. Ensure smooth and timely processing of customer orders by managing and monitoring data across specialized operating systems with efficiency and care.
Your Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating price sheets and entering prices (customer prices) for billing to external customers, taking into account previous prices/estimated prices for customers in the billing process.
- Ensure proper evaluation, preparation and comparison of documents (e.g. invoices, cancellation invoices, accompanying notices).
- Collaborate in sales projects (e.g. coordination of delivery dates, writing accompanying notices of delivery documents for CKD/series, etc.).
- Enter orders from the customer (EDI).
- Ensure errors removal in the EDI; implementation of appropriate measures in collaboration with specialized departments (e.g. sales, production planning, etc.).
- Introduce external contracts and internal orders.
- Host data management (e.g. order reversal, account assignments / download locations, etc.).
- Introduce and create Materials price sheets.
- Promote and maintain an efficient collaboration, based on partnership with all departments with which it interacts.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Perfect English

Your Mission:
In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing production documentation and workflows, ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvement across our manufacturing activities.
Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain production-related database lists to support operational efficiency.
- Create and update documentation for production processes, including machine setting data within work cards.
- Identify improvement opportunities in existing production plans and collaborate on product enhancement initiatives.
- Manage customer data and specifications within production documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and technical requirements.
- Integrate customer change requests and internal product improvements into documentation to prevent production disruptions at DRX and customer sites.
- Implement work sequences and operations based on instructions, considering ergonomic, technical, and economic factors for product variants.
- Clearly describe production processes, work operations, sequences, and equipment usage.
Your Profile:
- University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and communicate effectively.
- Fluency in English or German is desirable.

We are looking for a Training Coordinator to drive strategic training plans, ensure effective operator development, and lead the training department toward high performance and operational excellence.
Your Mission
- Develop and implement a strategic training and qualification plan for workers/operators.
- Ensure and evaluate the proper execution of training activities for operational staff. Oversee the effective functioning of the training department and strengthen its leadership to guide the team toward expected results and objectives.
Core Responsibilities:
- Supervise the organization of work within the department, manage, assign tasks to, and evaluate trainers.
- Ensure the implementation and follow‑up of the integration plan (initial and complementary) for new operative recruits.
- Supervise and ensure the proper execution of training for operative personnel.
- Oversee the evaluation of trainings (immediate and delayed evaluations) and prepare corresponding reports.
- Ensure compliance with the training schedule and the satisfaction of new recruits, and take appropriate actions when needed.
- Develop and improve internal training procedures.
- Collaborate with the team in the development, updating, and validation of training materials.
- Collaborate with the team in the creation and updating of theoretical and practical evaluation tests.
- Coordinate with Werk managers for the organization and execution of the qualification program for operative personnel.
- Implement a monitoring and execution system for production department training requests.
- Establish, in coordination with the production department, a polyvalence (Multi‑skilling) plan for operative personnel.
- Monitor the achievement of objectives (KPIs) and implement action plans in case of deviations.
- Ensure the smooth execution of audits in accordance with the applied procedures.
- Lead Werk training sessions.
- Coordinate with Engineering Department for the launch of pre‑series and new series within the PVS area.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3)
- 3 years of experience in the automotive sector.
- Proficient in English
