 Multinationale dans le secteur automobile recrute, 

HRBP 

Challenges: 

 Executes the organizational strategy and advises on organizational changes 

 Executes the HR strategy 

 Supports the Culture and its values, boost inclusion and diversity 

 Provides feedback and local business needs input to Workforce Planning, Recruitment, L&D, Mobility and Compensation & Benefits to the Centers of Expertise on global and local  

 Ensures consistency with policies, procedures and other standards programs/ strategies/ policies/ procedures/ tooling  Identifies talent needs of the business and recruit identified positions 

 Advises management on leadership, people management skills and responsibilities 

 Ensures adoption of HR (self-service) tools within the entity 

 Uses and promotes the use of analytical tools, systems, processes, and management dashboards across the business 

 Advises managers and manage exit management activities 

 Act as first point of contact for management in case of labor law questions

 Contributes to preparing and installing personnel related emergency plans 

 

Qualifications: 

 Level of education: Bachelors Degree 

 Work experience: Minimum of 8 years
