HRBP
Challenges:
Executes the organizational strategy and advises on organizational changes
Executes the HR strategy
Supports the Culture and its values, boost inclusion and diversity
Provides feedback and local business needs input to Workforce Planning, Recruitment, L&D, Mobility and Compensation & Benefits to the Centers of Expertise on global and local
Ensures consistency with policies, procedures and other standards programs/ strategies/ policies/ procedures/ tooling Identifies talent needs of the business and recruit identified positions
Advises management on leadership, people management skills and responsibilities
Ensures adoption of HR (self-service) tools within the entity
Uses and promotes the use of analytical tools, systems, processes, and management dashboards across the business
Advises managers and manage exit management activities
Act as first point of contact for management in case of labor law questions
Contributes to preparing and installing personnel related emergency plans
Qualifications:
Level of education: Bachelors Degree
Work experience: Minimum of 8 years
