Main responsibilities:
-Works with line managers in order to implement, promote and adapt HR tools – according to Veo’s HR policy (evaluation, development plans, career plans, training needs, succession planning);
-Ensure local compliance to HR policies and procedures (evaluation, training, onboarding, job descriptions, keep updated the local organizational chart);
-Collaborates with site manager, top management, local managers and HR in order to increase local satisfaction, retention and performance;
-Act as local point of contact in regards with market trends, competition, compensation and benefits , proposed and ensures market alignment with practices and trends regarding Comp& Ben;
-Act as local managerial partner –ensuring a great and productive environment, performant people, does interview campaigns, exit interviews, HR promoting tools etc
Improves Veo’s cultural adhesion and employees experience;
Profile:
- Previous experience as senior HRBP or HR manager;
- English +French
- Mobility between Sousse and Tunis;
- Previous experience regarding IT/ SS2I companies is a plus;
Soft skills:
- Business oriented/ business acumen- acts as a mediator between business and people;
- Flexible, adaptable and able to work autonomy;
- Good communication skills, ability to negotiate and influence top management;
- Proactive;
