Passenger Support Specialist with French Language with Relocation to Szczecin, Poland (requires valid passport to work in Europe)

We are looking for a Passenger Support Specialist with French Language willing to relocate to our beautiful city Szczecin in Poland.

Your daily tasks will include:
· Assisting passengers,
· Supporting them with travel difficulties,
· Providing information via: incoming calls/chat/e-mail on issues related to baggage, ticket reservations and flight rescheduling as well as handling complaints
Requirements:
· Knowledge of French at minimum B2 level
· English is required for the training and internal communication
· Having a valid passport to work in Europe
· Availability to work from our office (Szczecin, Posejdon); we will support you with the relocation and provide a relocation package!
· Communication skills and attitude towards working with people.
· High personal culture and customer orientation
· Ability to use Windows operating system and MS Office
