We are looking for a passionate and experienced Automotive Quality Specialist to help ensure the continued success of our automotive products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive quality management, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to maintain and enhance the quality standards of our products. This position plays a vital role in our commitment to delivering high-quality vehicles to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain quality standards for automotive products.
- Conduct inspections and audits to identify and resolve quality issues at various stages of production.
- Analyze data and create reports to monitor and improve product quality.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming components and materials.
- Stay up to date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in automotive quality.
Qualifications:
- Engineering degree
- Automotive industry experience minimum 2 years
- Proven experience in automotive quality management.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies (e.g., ISO/TS 16949).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Proficiency in quality assurance tools and software.
