We challenge you to join our recruitment department at our VEO Sousse office as a  “Recruitment Sourcer “  where the level of involvement of each of us makes the difference.

Key Responsibilities:

– Collaborate with recruiters to understand hiring needs

– Utilize various online platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.) to actively source and identify potential candidates for specific job openings
– Select , Screen  and Prequalify candidates in order to validate the suitable profiles

– Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates’ interest, availability and basic qualifications
– Complete various activity reports

– Evaluate candidates’ language proficiency levels based on test results and provide feedback to recruiters

– Build and maintain a regular pipeline of qualified candidates
– Participate at the job fairs and participating at the recruitment events organized by the company
Workplace: Sousse

  Profile:

You will manage the first recruitment process for different areas of activity, so we want someone who has :
– Very good knowledge of French language (B2-C1)
– Good level of English language (minimum B1-B2)
– A communicative, creative, competitive and persevering person
– Good knowledge of the work/labor market ( it’s a plus)
– Customer-oriented and results-oriented
– Motivated by continuous professional development
