We are currently looking for a person for the position

Recruitment & Orientation Specialist

Main responsibilities: 

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, job specifications, and requirements for each position.
  2. Facilitate the hiring process, including preparing job offers, negotiating terms and conditions of employment.
  3. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top-quality candidate.
  4. Sourcing and attracting candidates using various methods, including databases, social media, and employee referrals.
  5. Conducting interviews using selection tools to evaluate applicants within a specified schedule.
  6. Screening resumes and applications.
  7. Manage the onboarding process to help new employees integrate seamlessly into the organization.
  8. Providing analytical reports.
  9. Act as a point of contact and build influential relationships with candidates during the selection process .
  10. Promoting employer reputation
  11. Tracking hiring Metrics.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the ATS

Requirements and skills : 

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, learning and development, preferably in a large organization
  2. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and selection methods
  3. Experience with ATS and other HR technology platforms
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners
  5. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  6. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights from recruitment data
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude
  8. Experience developing and delivering training programs using a variety of delivery methods.
  9. Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technology
