We’re seeking a Junior Engineer to lead and elevate our Identity & Access Management (IAM) capabilities. In this role, you’ll design, implement, and manageour IAM solutions, playing a vital part in ensuring compliance, boosting operational efficiency, and safeguarding critical assets.

Your main tasks:

• Support the administration and maintenance of IAM tools, including user account creation, updates, and removal.
• Assist in applying access policies and controls to ensure secure and compliant access.
• Work with internal teams to understand access needs and help implement governance guidelines.
• Participate in IAM projects such as adding new applications and improving automation for user provisioning.
• Help monitor and resolve IAM-related issues under the guidance of senior team members.
• Contribute to creating and updating documentation, workflows, and standard procedures.
• Support efforts to improve user experience (UX/UI) for IAM processes.
• Learn from senior team members and grow your expertise in IAM.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Up to 3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or IAM-related tasks (internships or projects count).
• Basic understanding of IAM concepts, user lifecycle, and access policies.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) is a plus.
• Interest in learning IAM tools (e.g., Omada, SailPoint, Saviynt, One Identity).
• Some knowledge of scripting (PowerShell or similar) is an advantage.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Eager to learn and grow in a security-focused role.
• Good English skills, both written and spoken.
