Are you passionate about recruitment and do you have the drive and energy to find remarkable talent for our fast growing organization in Tunisia?
We are looking for a Recruiter who will have full cycle responsibility for recruiting talent for various positions in our Customer Service Center.
You will source candidates using direct search, online advertising, employee referrals, social media etc.
You will be responsible for the assessment and selection process and extending and closing offers.
You will pro-actively participate in hiring discussions with senior management.
You will leverage your strong communication and interpersonal skills to attract and retain the best talent.
Your role will include:
- Providing advice and consultation to Hiring Managers on Recruitment matters and develop and agree appropriate recruiting approaches to meet Hiring Manager needs
- Leading ongoing candidate generation, through direct sourcing and selective use of on-line media, of top quality candidates
- Influencing the Hiring Manager and/or VP on the recruitment process to deliver an agreed, viable plan that meets business needs for each requirement
- Delivering agreed levels of placements to time, cost and quality within your business area(s)
- Developing expert knowledge of the technical requirements, environment and culture of the relevant business area.
In return, you’ll bring:
- Demonstrable hands-on full life-cycle recruitment experience at up to at least senior management level in a fast-paced organization.
- International recruitment experience is desirable
- In-depth direct sourcing expertise utilizing a range of methods and sources
- Clear evidence of success in developing strong, trusted relationships with the business/clients at senior level
- Experience in technology recruiting is a plus
- You develop expert knowledge of the technical requirements, environment and culture of the relevant business area
- Understanding and delivery of best in class recruitment methodologies, processes, technologies and tools
- Fluent English
