Leader in our sector of activity, we are a multinational that continues to develop its teams. In this context, we recruit immediately:

Training and Development Manager

Reported to the HR Department, you have the mission to design, coordinate and implement a set of projects for organization and HR Development.

As such, you identify the organizational impacts of strategic plans, propose action plans for appropriate changes and support the various managers in their implementation of change actions.

You conduct analysis on the receptivity of change in the teams and make recommendations accordingly, implement tools for identifying and developing skills and performance management, analyze and identify the needs in terms of positions and profiles of candidates and promote the recruitment and training policy.

Exigences de l'emploi

The successful candidate will have at least a  Master degree in HRM or equivalent with at least 5 years of operational experience in an equivalent position in the automotive or aerospace industry.

A recognized organizer and manager, a man or a woman of dialogue and initiative, you have led actions of industrial progress through communication and staff implication.

You are a facilitator, with great strength of proposal and you feel good in this position.
