HR House International is recruiting for one of her client an international Customer Care Management Company:

HR Manager (H/F)

 

Missions:

  • have the responsibility to manage all the HR related issues in Tunis and manage the entire employee life cycle within the company
  • Manage the direct resources life cycle
  • Manage the recruiting and induction process
  • Manage the training process (comprehensive of training needs analysis, project management, supervision and delivery where applicable)
  • Supervise for the development programs such as assessment center

Exigences de l'emploi

Profile:

  • You have degree in HR management or equivalent an equivalent diploma
  • You have previous experience in similar positions and in the same industry
  • You are fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of Italian language is a real asset

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and relational skills
  • Excellent Problem solving skills and stress management
  • Strong capability to organize and to communicate with people
