Description de l'emploi
As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you will join our Recruitment department to contribute to strengthening Mantu’s growth on an international level.
Your main functions will include, but not be limited to:
- Collection and analysis of the managers’ needs
- Writing and publishing of different job offers and follow-ups
- Sourcing, headhunting, and development of a network of specialized candidates
- Identification and qualification of potential candidates
- Administration and management of the entire recruitment process
- Pre-selection interviews via phone calls
- Interview planning with hiring managers
Exigences de l'emploi
Ideal Profile:
- You have a Master’s degree from a Business school
- You have a background in Business, Management or Economics
- You are interested to have a first experience in the Recruitment field
- You are curious and have a proactive mindset
- You are a team player and solution-oriented
- You are fluent in English and French
