• Evaluates training needs• Supports preparation and implementation of the annual training plan• Supports planning and organization of training measures• Supports planning and organization of the induction training• Delivers internal trainings on specific topics (e.g. induction trainings, etc.)• Monitors and evaluates training efficiency• Supports update of the local Training catalogue• Manages cooperation with external trainers• Monitors and supports employees’ qualification process• Elaborates training methods and content of internal trainings• Monitors specific KPIs• Provides specific reports

  • Level of education University Degree
  • Work experience: 3 years
