Challenges:

  • Provides local support for the Talent Management (TM) and ersonnel Development (PD) processes
  • Implements TM&PD programs, policies, processes, projects (e.g. talent identification and succession planning)
  • Manages the individual PD requirements
  • Manages current and future PD & TM needs within the area of responsibility
  • Monitors specific Key Performance Indicators
  • Provides specific reporting

Exigences de l'emploi

Qualification:

  • Level of education: Master’s Degree
  • Studies / branch of study / degree: Human Resources, organisational psychologist

Required Competencies:  

*Key qualifications(professional competence)  

  •  Full knowledge of organisational development, talent/ succession management techniques and performance management processes.
  •  Knowledge of market trends and best practice in these areas.

  *Key qualifications(social competence) 

  • Communication skills Moderation Skills Negotiation SkillsPresentation Skills
