We are looking for an outstanding Web Designer who is passionate about user centered design philosophy and a care about web design details.
Our web designers understand the importance of every little detail and how these details impact the final design.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, enjoy pushing the envelope.
Primary Responsibilities: (tasks)
- Integration of graphical creations to HTML / CSS (HTML5, CSS3), Javascript (client-side, knowledge of common libraries jQuerry and Angular are very desirable).
- Conceptualizing creative Design and Excellent visual design skills.
- Creating custom landing pages with lead generation in mind for our various websites.
- Improving usability of sites via changing design elements
- Creating web designs / patterns / models.
- Design and integration of our digital communication media (advertising and institutional): Social Media content, landing pages, e-mailings, newsletters,.
- Creation of the PSD sketch.
- Preparing digital communication media.
- Testing and improving the design of the website.
- Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards
- Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding for clients.
Exigences de l'emploi
Required Qualifications: (skills)
Technical skills
- Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such HTML / CSS and standard framework as bootstrap and material design
- Solid background in Photoshop, Illustrator and other design tools as needed.
Excellent communication skills:
- Interactive Web Designers must be able to express ideas clearly and work in a team environment both internally and with clients.
- Good spoken and written English
Team work:
- Must be able to work independently as well as within a team.
Organization:
- Ability to work on multiple projects of varying styles.
- Meet multiple deadlines across a variety of projects
- Working with different content management systems.
- Comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Good understanding of search engine optimization principles
Creativity:
- Creativity and strong web design sensibility is essential.
- Willing to learn new techniques (adaptable and open to new ideas).
- Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices& Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies.
Asset for your application:
- Manipulation of Adobe suite tools.
- Communicating design ideas using wire framing tools (InVision, Adobe XD, …).
- Knowledge in WordPress
