Desert Joy is looking for a Junior HR Manager.
This position holder will manage all Human Resources-related procedures and will be responsible for it’s update with the regulations & laws and it’s application in daily operations to guarantee a positive work environment.
The primary focus is ensuring compliance with legal employment practices and guidelines influencing the HR actions and life inside of the company. It’s up to this position holder also to ensure all of the company’s collaboration with external legal contributors ( labor inspectorate and lawyer).
