Job Purpose:
Conduct efficiently and effectively expertise studies related to material properties, and provide solutions for required support from Innovation project leaders in order to improve properties of materials used in existing products or to be used in new products.
Your Key Challenges are to:
Conducts expertised studies/investigations related to material properties and its application,
Define test methods of expertise studies in cooperation with universities & other specialized entities,
Perform laboratory tests related to material properties and compound formulation,
Establishe test reports and conclusions related to expertise or special tests and defines accordingly test plan required updates and required action plans,
Provide strategic consultancy support to customers in defining or designing business processes and researching and identifying enabling technologies based on customer requirements,
Suggest continuous improvement actions to improve material properties and material testing plans,
Exigences de l'emploi
Required Profile
Educational Requirements: Doctorate Degree in Materials Engineering
Required Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Research & Developement
Technical Skills: Dangerous product management , Manufacturing business processes , Design techniques DOE , R&D&I specefic techniques , Applied Research , Material Proerties and analysis , Project Management , Problem Solving Skills , Analytical Skills , Enviromental Aspects&Impacts , Chemical Products Manipulation…
Language and Software Skills:
MS Office Softwares ( Excel, Words, PPT, ..), English
Behavioral Competencies in: Communication, Building Relationships, Self Development,Personal Effectiveness, Business skills.
