CMES Business Analyst Specialist
MISSION:
Identify, understand and anticipate end users and Business units demands regarding MES business application development and/or integration.
Compile and maintain services inventory, develop business cases and feasibility studies, cordinate detailed functional requirement design and entites approval of required MES development.
Serve as technical expert or lead projects/programs and technical staff to develop, test and implement significant new products, or operational improvements or devise new approaches to problems at the division/business unit.
Develop MES business application requirements, coordinate design, development, implementation and testing of applications. Track and resolve related issues in order to ensure applications effectiveness and efficiency and successful completion of project implementation.
Develop and implement change management plan, provide end users training and support and installs MES enhancements and upgrades. Perform second level users supports related to MES applications enquiries and complaints
Develop service continuity and recovery plan including emergency responses, crisis management procedures and conducting full IT service continuity in order to meet required service levels
Prepare, communicate and review MES Business application KPI’s and define accordingly continuous improvement plans of processes, procedures and systems to meet the IT department and the Company’s objectives.

Required Profile:
Educational Background:
Engineering or Master’s Degree or Equivalent in Computer Science or Information Technology or any relevant field or related discipline
Required Experience:
0-1 year as MES/Business applications Support within a large complex software environment in a Medium Sized Company
