You will proactively support the development and implementation of the plant training program and support in the reporting of key quality metrics in line with the company strategic plan.
You will develop and maintain a training matrix for indirect staff, Support Team Leaders and Mangers to ensure that training records are maintained as per ongoing requirements, Training, coaching, and supporting staff and managers
Excellent attention to details
Experience within the pharmaceutical / medical device industry
Experience in a quality function
Fluency in written and spoken English
