Overview of Role: 

We are seeking a personable, experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our growing organization. In this position, you will primarily act as a consultant for company management on all issues related to Human Resources. You should be a proactive communicator and change agent, someone who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions.

To be successful in this position, you will need to have excellent writing and editing skills, as well as experience in a similar role withing a multinational environment. You will also need to be comfortable working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior leaders across Europe and North America.

Responsibilities:

  • Partners with leadership to align HR strategy to business strategy. 
  • Manage Disciplinary & Employee relations cases by Conducting investigations in response to employee/managers complaints
  • Partner with the employees, managers, and other business leaders to address performance gaps and facilitate discussions / process to evaluate appropriate action leading to filling the gaps
  • Collaborate with the leadership team and develop strong understanding of the business environment to implement HR initiatives
  • Talent analytics (Attrition analysis & Retention strategy) based on exit interview
  • Conducting one on one, team meetings, skip levels with employees to gather the pulse of the business, leading to grievance resolution if any
  • Developing & Implementation of HR Policies and resolution of HR queries on portal with SLA’s and best practices
  • Reviewing and implementing HR processes and providing reasonable business solutions for improvements
  • Key role in creating and implementing new Hires induction and support the entire new hire integration
  • Support & advice employees on policies, procedures and any employee related issues
  • Advise leadership on hiring and terminations

Qualifications & Skills 

  • Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or related field, required
  • 5+ years of HR experience
  • Proven strong foundation and knowledge of principles & practice of HR including employment law & compliance requirements and wage/salary trends
  • Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
  • Proven client management and business literacy skills 
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication skills 
  • Proven ability to effectively coach employees and management through complex and difficult issues 
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment 
  • Ability to set high personal goals and work independently 
  • Ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to make recommendation to effectively resolve problems or issues 
  • Demonstrated project management skills 
  • Proven acuity in MS office suite, internet and data-base management
