In relation to its business needs in Tunisia, the company is looking for the following profile: 

   Quality Leader

Main Missions:

• Train and manage the team of quality inspectors.
• make sure that manufacturing processes meet internal procedures requirements.
• look at ways to reduce rejects and wastes and lead the continuous improvement process in the production line.
• monitor performance by mean of production line rejects analysis and by defining and supporting corrective actions
• measure performance of the production process and identify any areas of weakness, recommending and implementing improvements and assessing their effectiveness
• Keeping quality measurement equipment operating accurately by following calibration requirements and calling for repairs
• Updating job knowledge by engaging in educational opportunities and regular training, including training sessions at the Headquarter.

Profil

• Proven experience as quality Leader
• Good communication skills and attitude to teamwork.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Technical high school degree, preferably Technical Bachelor degree,
• Knowledge of main Lean Six Sigma tools.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
