Responsibilities

  • Performs administrative duties such as creating and/or maintaining personnel files, filing, data entry, developing reports, project coordination, processing documents and preparing orientation folders in accordance with legal requirements and Company policies and procedures.
  • Completes monthly reports and creates corresponding charts in support of HR performance metric achievement.
  • Responsible for payroll by via the control of compliance with the time schedule, absenteeism, control of working time (input / output), supervision of overtime ..
  • Administers payroll and benefit changes through HRIS, payroll and benefit systems, including tracking employee vacation and sick time.
  • Compile and balance monthly insurance bills and process accordingly.
  • Employees contact point for HR related inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefit programs.
  • Maintains programs to increase employee safety and efficiency, and promoting company culture.
  • Stays well informed regarding local legislations.

Qualifications :

  • University degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience required.
