Our company is looking for a : HR Officer 

Responsibilities :

 -Updating HR database including personal records, new hire data

-Answering any team member’s queries about individuals or issues relating to HR and helping them to solve them internally.

Maintaining and organizing employee records such as contracts.

-contribute to training and development of the team

-Review time records and reconcile anomalies.

-Elaborate daily HR dashboard.

-Planning and conducting return interviews with direct employees.

Skills and Experience :

– Licence in HR ; Accounting , management or equivalent

– Excellent linguistic skills (French ; English)
